Here are some photos of our Parish Feast Day 2009. They were taken by Kenneth. This year, the English Section Youth Ministry helped out in the table arrangements, the dewan banner and entertainment for the fellowship in the evening.
In the morning, a few youths gathered at Dewan Hsiong to set up the tables, put up the superb banner and did a bit of sound check.
As the most panjang one of the bunch, Keith had to do all the tying..
While the ladies chilled... "Oi, slightly to the right a bit la!"
We found some really interesting balloon decorations. Such as...

Well, anyways, evening came and the weather was great for procession!

Then it was time for fellowship and the youth band to entertain!
Vima: "I'm starting with the man in mirror! I'm asking him to change his ways..."
Kevin: "Oi Chris! Play wrong note ah?"
Father George Harrison, who was the visiting Feast Day Priest sang with us "Leaving on a Jet Plane".
Vima: "One more time boys and girls, We are the world! We are the future!"
Msgr Daniel enjoying his dinner after a long day..
Msgr: "Hmm, the banner not bad la. But I think with more pink nicer la.."
Julian: "Hey Oli, next year we shall organize a big concert for the feast day"
Oliver: "Ok, put me in charge of the deco. I'll make sure the balloons are suitable for the eyes of all ages"
As usual, the youth band couldn't resist it's little rockstar moment!
